Fuzzy Slippers

Use this song when you have a pajama party in school, 
at storytime, or at home! 
Have children take off their slippers, line them up and count them. 
Then sing the song. As each child’s name is sung, have that child put on his or her slippers.

Eight fuzzy slippers underneath the bed,
Waiting for a sleepyhead
Peter came along and he put a pair on
And two fuzzy slippers were gone

Then six fuzzy slippers underneath the bed
Waiting for a sleepyhead
Suzy came along and she put a pair on

Then four fuzzy slippers underneath the bed,
Waiting for a sleepyhead
Johnny came along and he put a pair on
And two fuzzy slippers were gone

Then two fuzzy slippers underneath the bed,
Waiting for a sleepyhead
Betty came along and she put a pair on
And two fuzzy slippers, a pair of fuzzy slippers,
All the fuzzy slippers were gone.
