CHORUS:
Oh this is a little game you can play anytime
I’ll sing a word to you, and you can make up a little rhyme

1. Can you think of an animal whose name rhymes with log? (dog)
Can you think of another animal whose name rhymes with lake? (cake)
Now think of any animal whose name rhymes with hat (rat, bat)
And think of another animal whose name rhymes with trunk. (skunk)

2. Can you think of a food that rhymes with head?
Can you think of another food that rhymes with feet?
Now think any food that rhymes with fairy?
And think of another kind of food that rhymes with snake.

3. Can you think of a vehicle whose name rhymes with rain?
Can you think of another vehicle whose name rhymes with duck?
Now think of any vehicle whose name rhymes with goat?
And think of another vehicle whose name rhymes with star.

4. Can you think of a word that rhymes with head?
Can you think of another word that rhymes with chair?
Now think of any word that rhymes with ouch!
And think of any word at all that rhymes with road.

5. This is a little game and you can play it anytime,
Ask a friend for a word and you can make up your very own rhyme
Have your very own rhyming time.
